Important update on Ingleby Barwick 1100 houses

Planning application 13/3107/OUT for 550 houses will be discussed on Wednesday February 26th at Stockton Borough Council Planning Committee.

The meeting is in the Jim Cooke Conference Suite, Stockton Central Library, The Square, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1TU and starts at 1.30pm.

I shall certainly be there to support residents and neighbours by speaking against the application and will be drawing councillors’ attention to our petition too.

If you have not formally submitted comments you are still able to do so until the date of the meeting. You can contact the Council by post to Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1LD or by email to developmentservices@stockton.gov.uk.

An application has also now been received, 14/0208/OUT for a further 550 houses – this is the second and final one we were expecting. I would urge you to submit comments on this too using the same method as for the earlier application.

Please also encourage your family and friends to sign our petition here.
